For our office in Hamburg we are looking for an: Intern Structuring & Analysis.

Structuring & Analysis is responsible for centralized model development within Vattenfall Energy Trading and works in close cooperation with Front Office and Risk Control. Our team is spread over three locations: Amsterdam, Hamburg and Stockholm.

We are offering an internship involving tasks such as data analysis, model implementation and model development for the European Electricity and International Commodity Markets. Your profile should contain a university
education with mathematical or technical background, e.g. engineering, mathematics, physics or economics.
A successfully concluded internship might also lead to the opportunity of writing a diploma thesis within the company.

Further requirements:

Good mathematical and analytical understanding

Good programming skills in Matlab

Good knowledge in Excel and VBA

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Skills in German and/or Swedish of advantage

Starting date: immediately, for at least 3 months
