Sealability of paper packaging containing bioplastics and conventional plastics

Billerud is a supplier of packaging materials and packaging solutions with comprehensive knowledge of the whole refinement chain, from conversion of packaging’s all the way out to the market. Our paper products are made of 100% primary fibre, resulting in pure and strong paper. Billerud’s paper production takes place at the group’s three integrated pulp and paper mills in Sweden – Skärblacka, Gruvön and Karlsborg – and at the UK paper mill Beetham.
Since 2009 Billerud also have a production facility producing bioplastic blown film located in Åby in Sweden, Billerud Tenova Bioplastics.
