Sentiment analysis in social enterprise collaboration.

Sentiment analysis is classifying the polarity of a text o determine if the text expresses a positive, negative or neutral opinion. The concrete expression of sentiments can be different in different contexts. This project has three goals:

(1) Create an algorithm that can be used to Classify the polarity of sentiments for specific Chatter posts.

(2) For a specific Chatter Org and specific Chatter Org Group indicate the general polarity of the user community for a specific time period.

(3) Create an sentiment system that can be adapted to how different Chatter Orgs and Groups express sentiment.

The project involve doing a literature study, identifying an algorithm, implementing the algorithm and drawing conclusions on the usefulness of a Chatter sentiment analysis feature.
