Software Metrics for Perl code

Background
At .SE we develop software mainly in Perl, but several projects use other languages like Python, Ruby, PHP, C, C++. To improve our software and our development processes we would like to measure some key metrics of our code on one platform supporting all languages.
Objective
You should implement support of Perl in the Sonar
(http://www.sonarsource.org/) platform.
Measurement of several key metrics Lines of Code, Classes, Comments, Duplication, Code Coverage, Unit test success, Violations, Complexity must be implemented. Additionally at least one of tangle and LCOM4 should be implemented as well.
The code should be released under LGPL
