About Northport
Northport, founded in 2002, is based in Mjärdevi Science park, Linköping. The company have competence from set-top boxes, billing and conditional access systems. The company ambition is to provide the most innovative IPTV middleware covering the needs of the future when it comes to hardware and services. Northport continues to receive positive attention for the Modulution™ platform, and are today alone when it comes to being able to provide a service neutral middleware to the market. Northport also have a part in the ongoing Swedish standardization work for IPTV.
Description
Participate in the development of an IPTV set-top box independent development platform, coping with the diversity in performance and features found in today's set-top boxes. The project involves a pre-study, requirement and design specifications, implementation and documentation.
Qualifications
Suitable backgrounds are C, D and Y. Good knowledge in Java, XML and web development is required.
